(03) INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Choose the scope that suits you.

01 Concept design For those who need a clear direction for their space. Includes a layout concept, material selection and a visual presentation of the proposed design.
02 Full interior design For those who want a fully developed solution. Includes concept, 3D visualizations, technical drawings, bespoke furniture details and material specifications, within the agreed scope.
03 Design with site supervision For those who want expert support during construction too. In addition to the design documentation, it includes agreed site visits and coordination with contractors.

Fees and scope are based on the floor area, complexity and individual needs of each project.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?

It depends on the floor area, complexity and scope. After our first conversation, we send you a proposal with defined stages and timelines.

Will I be able to see the interior before it is built?

Yes. 3D visualizations give you a realistic picture of the look, materials and atmosphere of the space.

Do I receive technical drawings for construction?

Yes. With the full design service, you receive documentation for your contractors, within the agreed scope.

Do you work outside Skopje?

Yes. We work on projects across North Macedonia, and meetings and presentations can also take place online.

How is the fee calculated?

Every project is different. The fee depends on the size of the space, the scope of services and the complexity of the brief, and is set out in an individual written proposal.
