Residential complex, Shpile

The brief

A visual presentation of a residential complex in Shpile, Albania, meant to convey the idea of living close to nature: pedestrian streets, greenery and places to meet.

The concept

Buildings with wood and concrete façades and projecting balconies, arranged around a central pedestrian street and surrounded by forest.

The solution

Photorealistic views from street level and from the air show everyday life in the complex, the relationship between the buildings and how they sit in the landscape.
